If you think being so downed, think that you have a God up there, and friends down here.
Even your friends couldn't help you practically, they could diminish pain out. Just like a pulley wheel, it wasn't moving to help a lift, but makes the work less harder.

To be saved

We can't be saved by our own acts, said the bible. Our deeds were wicked and earthly, it do not worth anything for salvation. To be saved, we have to accept Christ in our whole and let Him manipulate all our deeds. Walk through His path and this simple thing can lead us to eternal life.
